When installing gdvdslides, a menu entry should be inserted in Applications | Sound & Video. This does not occur. This version of gdvdslides does not show up anywhere in the menu.

You can manually repair this problem with the following procedure:

1. Using the mouse, right-click on the Applications menu and chose Edit Menus.
2. Click on the Sound & Video entry on the left.
3. Click on the New Item button.
4. For a name, enter 'gdvdslides' without the quotes.
5. For a command enter '/usr/bin/gdvdslides' without the quotes.
6. Click Ok, then click Close.
7. There should now be a menu item for gdvdslides in the Sound & Video section.

We are working on a solution to this problem which will be incorporated into a 0.7.1 version of the program.
